Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

Once you have applied a member of our People & Culture team will review the answers to the questions that were set, along with your CV, to determine whether you'll get to the next stage.
Stage 2

Review

Stage 3

Phone Interview

At this stage a member of the People and Culture team will give you a call to discuss your application. This shouldn't last longer than 30 minutes (usually).
Stage 4

In Person Interview

You're well on your way to securing a role! At this stage you'll have been shortlisted to a final few, where you'll come in a meet your potential new manager and another member of the team. Depending on the role, there might be some other kind of assessment (such as a presentation)
Stage 5

Pre Offer Chat

If you get to this stage it'll take a lot mess it up! For senior roles we are likely to bring you back in for a pre offer chat with the senior leader in your area, for other roles we're likely to go to making an offer - congrats!
Stage 6

Job Offer

You did it - well done! At this stage we hope you're excited to join us and we look forward to welcoming you.
Stage 7

References

We'll check in with a couple of references and then you'll be good to go!
